Authors Kitchen is a place for two writers to chronicle our adventures with food. Not only do we love cooking, but we have a passion for quality. For us, that means using ingredients that are as natural and organic as possible. Now, this doesn’t mean we’ll be making low calorie, diet friendly foods. There’s sure to be a healthy (or unhealthy) dose of butter and sugar along the way, but you’ll find no shortening, no artificial colors, and no cans of condensed mystery soup here. There are sure to be laughs as we share our triumphs and failures in our stories of sugar and spice.
